Prohat Express Refund Policy
Our goal is to provide the best service to our customers. Refunds will be applicable in case of defective or wrongly delivered products.
Eligibility for Refund:
Wrong products, defective, or damaged products.
Mismatch between the ordered product and the delivered product.
Refund Policy Rules:
- Refund requests must be made within 15 days of receiving the product.
- Send complaints with product images and order numbers to prohathelp@gmail.com .
- The delivery cost for returning the product must be borne by the customer.
Refund Process:
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund Not Applicable For:
Digital products or services.
Custom orders or special offers, in certain cases.
